Just been to my local Tesco (huge one at New Malden) and they had Wii Points set up as follows:

Shelf Price: ?17 odd
Sticker price on box: ?12
Scan at and price paid: ?10

Probably not worth a special trip due to the screwy prices going on but if you're there could be worth a go.
