Zavvi are selling BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Limited Edition for the PS3 & 360 for a fantastic price of ?17.95.

Just got an email saying it's 60% off so surely it isn't a pricing error.

I reckon it's good business. The price of the first game fell at the speed of light due to it being a poor seller and this is just more of the same.

Not disagreeing, and I can see why being first to put it on the chopping block is advantageous, but I'd of thought retailers normally discount a game because they bought too many and want rid. Unless Zavvi's purchasing team have really dropped the bomb and just bought up without looking at sales of the last one, I can't see how being this defeatist works.

Not complaining, just honestly confused.

I too have the email from Zavvi.

It (the email) is specifically for the price (its in the title eg. save 60%), plus there's a image inside quoting the same.

Pretty much certain they will honour pre-orders at the discounted price at the mo'. Surely having the same discount displayed twice is not a typo.

Would'nt be suprised if it goes up in the next week or so tho'.

Aye, for those that missed my ranting first time around I pre ordered BlazBlue from Zavvi and it came about a week after release, and was badly damaged. In the end I just got a refund and got a minty one from the trade thread here.
