I took delivery of one of these today and initially, Im highly impressed, when you take off the £100 discount you get from HP if you purchase any time up until Dec 31st, at £115 from Dabs it is an absolute steal.
4 SATA drive bays, 1 5.25" bay for a DVD-ROm (not included, I expect Ill just stick another drive in there). Quiet as a mouse, neat, compact design, internal USB port (as well as usual externals obviously). I plan on using this as a NAS box, Ive stuck FreeNAS onto the internal USB and plan on migrating my drives from my other server to it in a (software) RAID array.
Ive not used it in earnest as I only got it today, but will post back findings once Ive spent more time with it.
