I dunno about Zavvi being bad all the time. I ordered the Fable 3 controller on Monday & it turned up on Weds, which is super fast for Zavvi

Super fast for Zavvi, reasonably fast for Amazon and the others.
I think the main point here is that it's a pre-order, and most people tend to like their pre-order to arrive before on during the release weekend, not mid-way through the following week as has been the case on the handful of times I've ill-advisably chosen to pre-order a game from their site.

Can't remember the last time I ordered from there though, so I'm not all to familiar with their protocols.
