u can get dr k brain and body for £22.98 is it any good for kinect, your right tho dont trust tesco, they still have my money from the failed 3ds pre order and have not even replied to my emails

I came across this on Saturday and ordered it thinking it was a good price not a mis-price as other stores doing it for ?99.99 and the 20% vat free thing was pretty prominent. They were having verified by visa issues, so used debit card.

Got a voicemail on Tuesday night which didn't make a lot of sense. Guessed order was cancelled. Checked the site and still awaiting dispatch. Emailed them and got a reply saying it was a mis-price and they had cancelled the orders as soon as they noticed (am I that stupid). Replied to ask when it would be cancelled as money had been reserved for them by my bank and without them officially cancelling it I'd have to wait 15 days. Got a very nasty email back from a manager stating they had not taken the money (ignoring I'd said request) and basically ignoring my questions.

Will never deal with them again, is it true it's not actually Tesco but some part of thehut group?

Adding insult to injury, their notion of goodwill is to send people a voucher that must be used in next month that gives them 500 tesco entertainment points (not even club card) if they submit another order.

Yeah, mate of mine placed the same order and his got cancelled too, with the same results. He's firing off a complaint as he also bought two extra games (which WERE delivered) with the VAT off deal, but naturally has no hardware to play them with.

I sort of felt like that too (one of the reasons I passed on the Kinect deal was that Tesco still had my 3DS money...) but I ordered Kirby's Epic Yarn for the (imo) bargainous ?22ish on tue and just got a text telling me it's being delivered tomorrow

Apologises for the bump but I found this strange and weird.

Since I was unhappy with tesco entertainment's support rather than order being cancelled I asked them to close my account. Just received a call from someone doing market research for them. Answered all the questions but they didn't seem at all interested in customer support just whether the website was fast and search worked. A few questions about telephone based support but nothing about email or general at all. Suppose that's one way to pretend email based support works.
