    Free emulators on Android phones

    Taken from hotukdeals:

"Yongzh has had his apps taken down from the android marketplace. To please the people who have already purchased the app, he has temporarily allowed access to all the emulators on the 3rd party app store Slideme http://slideme.org/.

It is free to anybody that want's to download and use his apps for 2 weeks,

I am not suggesting you pirate software for the emulators at all. Just to play back up of games you already have. The reason his apps was taken down by Google was that he used other people's code and sold the apps.

    Nesoid - Nes
    SNesoid - Snes
    Gensoid - Sega Megadrive, Genesis
    GameBoid - GameBoy Advance
    GBCoid - GameBoy Color
    Gearoid - Gamegear
    Ataroid - Atari 2600
    N64oid - Nintendo 64"

These are the full versions that support saves, snapshots etc. Just tried a couple on my Desire Z and have to say the SNES, Megadrive and GBA ones are very good.

Cheers for the heads up. Just downloaded them all to my Advent Vega. The N64 one is fantastic. It works with the zeemote Bluetooth joystick

Tried the SNES and N64 ones and both run great on the Samsung GS2.

Shame it is virtually impossible to play on the touchscreens.

And here is the free psx4droid emu as well on the authors website since Google pulled it from their store.

This can be quite buggy but generally runs better than the N64 emu
