Two guys at work have bought stuff in this sale and have yet to be able to download the games. A colossal cluster***k of epic proportions. LMAO listening to my colleagues on the phone to THQ. -
I got stalker from the sale, took hours before i received the order email with download link and serial key. Download was actually pretty quick, non-steamworks games are directly downloaded from thq servers, actually it could be servers from digitalriver, who handles the stuff for thq and others. I bought stuff from thqshop before and it is pretty normal that it takes almost half a day until you receive your order email.Comment

These guys bought their games / DLC over 24 hours ago now. Whenever they visit the download page there is no download button. All email contact with THQ results in a cycle of them telling you to visit the page and hit download, followed by an email back to them, followed by an email saying they have reset your password. My mate has about 20+ emails like this now.Comment

I didn't even received a proper download link. They just gave me my serial key and order number, which i had to type in on www.findmyorder.com, alternative if you use your email address and last few digits from your credit card no, it works as well. If it is a game that uses steamworks, just activate it using the steam client. I did that with metro 2033 and space marine.Comment
