Much better value than those new ?32 chrome controllers, as it includes a play'n'charge cable as well as that transforming D-pad (which incidentally is quite good, but not worth a ?30 "upgrade" - I'd only recommend this if you're replacing or getting a new controller anyway).
Incidentally, if you're replacing because you've worn the nubs on your analogue sticks down to yucky smooth jellynipples, allow me to recommend these ?2.86 thumb grips instead. Pack of four, and allowed me to start using my old controller again.
