At Amazon. I don't know if this is a mistake or what, but it's a pretty sweet deal. Add the items individually and it should give you the discount at the check out. I tried it and it works!

Son of a bitch. I tried this before, but I didn't know the discount only shows when checking out. I only put the items in my basket.
