I have just had a email saying due to technical issues my order is delayed. Not looking good!

Money is taken from my bank. Now (legally) they have no choice in the matter contract is complete. I wouldn't worry about it

Had the same email.

But they've confirmed to others that it is an IT problem and not a stock problem. They're saying no orders are going out.

How true that is...well, we'll have to wait & see.

No clue, but I guy I know that works in store for them said that if the money has left your account and it shows on your bank statement they will honour it
I'm in no rush as I only bought it as a gift for a mate I have no interest in owning another 360 I can see a fair few being picked up as a back up alongside the usual eBay fodder people like but I didn't want one so only picked that one up for him.
