1 year from when you enter the code on the PS3/Vita. Don't know if the codes have an expiry date, doubt it, or if so it won't be anytime soon I assume.

Not sure about that. I won myself a 3-month PS Plus code (which I've yet to use) back in January and that expires at the end of 2013.
