Hey I bought Animal Crossing on the Game sale and it didn't come with a memory card, although on their site it said so. Did anyone else have this problem when buying it from their site?

Mine came with the memory card and the sticker was already attached. However it was unsealed so I think it had been a return. My 98p copy of Future Tactics also looked used when it arrived with sticker residue on the front of the box and all the additional literature (health and safety booklet etc) was inside the manual. Legend of Kay however was sealed as new. I just hope when they deliver Warrier Within and XIII that they are both sealed as new but I doubt it.

As far as I can remember, the sticker is already on the card. I bought a sealed copy on release, and I'm positive the sticker was on.

You can tell if somebody's used the card before for an AC save, too, as if they have you won't get a welcome letter thing from Nintendo a couple of days after you start your town up.... I think maybe there's a present attached to it as well.

Quite a few people over on the dvdforums have received used copies of Animal Crossing from the Game online sale...unless you're the same people lol.

Not exactly a rare occurance is it? Game shafting people with second hand, unsealed games. The price we have to pay for the 10day returns policy, i guess.

The one I got wasn't sealed, it was in decent condition but definately used. They sell Animal Crossing pre-owned in store for 25 quid, so I wouldnt be surprised if they gave you a used copy for 10 pounds. Its a good deal nonetheless. Shame they didnt put a memory card in mine though.
