Fallout, Fallout 2 & Fallout Tactics FREE on GoG.com

As the title says, the two all-time great classic PC RPGs (+Fallout Tactics) are FREE on GoG.com, although the servers are getting hammered to the ground at the moment so I couldn't check out with them. Anyway they're there until Saturday so get them and play two of the best RPGs ever created.

Download the best classic and new games on Windows, Mac & Linux. A vast selection of titles, DRM-free, with free goodies and 30-day money-back guarantee.

Please tell me, at least someone else but me got the games?

The ownership of the games will soon go to Bethesda (I think) and then it's bye bye for Fallout games on GoG for the low price. I guess that was part of the reason they gave them free now for Xmas.

I grabbed them. Never played them before, now I'll have to find time to!

I'd recommend downloading the installers to your hard drive, just in case if the games get pulled from GoG and they disappear from the games library.

I don't think that will be necessary. The three Fallout games will probably be removed from GOG's catalogue after 31/December, but they won't - and can't - be removed from the games library of those who legally purchased digital copies of them while Interplay held their publishing rights. There are rumours that Arx Fatalis will also be removed once Arkane Studios' deal with GOG expires, since ZeniMax most likely won't renew it.

For those that missed this offer, ask on this thread and I'm sure someone will kindly gift you a code for the games.
