Well, I can vouch for Resi 2 and THPS1+2. Both 10/10 remakes and a ton of fun to play.

Since you're a big coop fan I think you'd be remiss not to grab It Takes Two, too. I'ts a pretty fun game, I played it with a mate although we didn't get round to finishing it.

Personally I'm considering Homefront: The Revolution from that list, so I can plug in the cheat code and play through Timesplitters 2 in 4K.

I keep thinking about Resi 2.
I adored the original and the reboot gets lots of praise too, which isn't always the case.

I rinsed THPS2 on PC BITD.
So much so, when I hear RATM's "Guerrilla Radio" I mentally blank out the swears after hearing it so many times whilst playing.

Yeah, Resi 2 and SoR4 are both brilliant. Also heartily recommend Huntdown.

Mr. Quality Chimp, I can say with absolutely diamond hard, knife edge sharp certainty that you should play Metal Wolf Chaos. It is kind of like Lost Planet AND EDF.

Resident Evil 2 is also brilliant. Dragon's Crown is also excellent.

Resi 2 is great but until midnight tonight the "Raccoon City Edition is £21.44 and that's Resi 2 & Resi 3 remakes!
