Ok, I traded some DC games and a GBA game for the Zelda CE disc.

This was around christmas time so I didn't think anything of it being a bit late, but by now I have assumed that it got lost. I can understand this but the fact he promised to send me the REF number when it was posted, but didnt and now the fact that he says that he has lost it, I honestly think this is a scam.

Communication is lacking in the sorting out of this mess, and I have come to the conclusion that he cares nothing about the loss he has caused me. I totally suggest you avoid this trader!

2 weeks later , I contacted him for a third time .Same reply " give me your bank details and ill pay the funds in today ".

I dont mind if he doesnt want the items anymore , a simple "sorry I cannot afford to go ahead with the deal." would have sufficed.

What I do take offence to is being totally F**KED about ...... im sorry to leave bad feedback but he has had three chances to pay for the items or at least say he couldnt do so.

Same here... paid for SNES, haven't got anything even though he said he'd send it as soon as possible (this being a week ago). Seems to be ignoring PMs.

edit: I took delivery of the SNES on 29/03/2004, so I guess things worked out OK. I still didn't get a reply to my messages

Same story with me (and I already knew him and had exchanged many pms with him before about Ikaruga the game).

Has ignored my previous 3 or so PMs and I have now requested a refund. I paid for the games on Feb 26th and still havent receieved them or any word that they have been sent.

Really disapointed...

EDIT: He seems to respond quickly to PMs via Rllmuk, so you can attempt to sort it out that way...

I posted above that he sent a free game to compensate, well at the time I assumed it was on the way. But as with many people above, he didn't ever get round to sending it, or replying to any of my PMs about it.

Tried to buy Soul Calibur 2 on the Gamecube from him (under the alias Cutsman) for ?17 over two and a half weeks ago.

Needless to say it hasn't showed up yet, despite being told it was being posted "tomorrow". No PM communication in over a week.

Was bout to buy Fzero and Billy Hatcher from the so calld 'Cutsman' when i found out he was just trying to rip me off, he told me 3 times he had sent them and then told me he hadnt, constantly messed me about trying to get me to send him money

Avoid this guy like the clap, this is the kind of tosser that ruins trading forums like this!
