deal from his side was great item was minty and money was received quickly

seems i wasnt so good as there was a lead missing from the 32x

but sorted now - lead has been found and purchased and everything is cool beans

to cut a very long story short

sold him the lot ?90 after producing detailed photo's and a deal was agreed, sent off early before payment and when i let him know he told me he thought the deal was off and sold top spin 2 on ebay, but he sent me ?72 via paypal and told me the rest would be sent in 14 days

after 14 days he told me he was unhappy and after speaking to members/moderators here he wasnt going to pay the full amount and we would have to make a new deal (after chatting at length with mods it became apparent he hadnt spoken to any mods here)

i mentioned that i was unhappy with that as everything was as described and he asked for a full refund and then my items would be resent, personally i thought i would never see my items again so i told him that the only way he would get a refund was if he sent the items first and he would get a full refund minus shipping

after days of insults getting thrown at me i asked what new deal he wanted just to end it early and he mentioned ?5 instead of the ?23

he mentioned that he was unhappy with 2 items and i told him to send the stuff he was unhappy with and i would refund him plus shipping and he could keep the stuff he was happy with - to this i was told that was unacceptable as he bought this stuff to sell on ebay for a profit

After a little investigation i found out that the last bunch of stuff i sold him on the cheap because he had no money and was a collector was thrown on eBay as soon as he received for a nice tidy little profit, a friend gave me his eBay name and when mentioned to him that he made some money from the last stuff he asked me how i knew, told him somedoy here gave me his ebay name and he proper went off on a rage offering me my full amount of money back if i told him who it was, needless to say i didnt say who it was and he just wound himself up and up over this

after everything had calmed down he mentioned that money was tight and it became apparent that this was the only reason why the games werent as described

even prior to this deal he tried to get my N64 package for ?40 shipped (sold for ?65) and was quite cheeky when i said i would rather stick it on ebay

now over a month later with various promises i'm still over ?20 down with no finalisation in sight - i was even told he only lost his temper because it was my fault

will not recommend and i seriously doubt i will ever see my money again
