The man has the patience of a saint. DHL mixed up the address, sent it to the wrong place and then there was a delay in re-routing it back, which was no doubt very inconvenient for Shozuki - but he remained patient and friendly throughout.

I'm sorry it didn't go smoother - but we got there in the end.
