Final Fantasy AC Blu-Ray

Final fantays AC Blu-Ray, I beleive the NTSC/J one is english and works on a PAL PS3? Would also like the demo included also.

Can anyone give me any info on this blu-ray i cant, like were did you get it from? I cant find any info anywhere and flee-bay are all stupid prices.
