WTD PC GFX card AGP (oldish)gaming capable

My old 9800 pro agp has given up the ghost so im looking to replace it with something just a little better, nothing outrageous but can run quake 4 and the original Fear with no problems as the 9800 struggled with them.

I've promised the missus that it will be cheap as chips so i dont want any cards that are about 6 months old and cost ?300.
