If you'd mentioned this a couple of weeks back, I'd have looked for more copies for you when I was in the US; I picked up HOTD Overkill and ABaHB for $15 each used for example. Although in the case of the latter, I only found one copy in four shops I visited...

Look on eBay.com for A Boy and His Blob. I looked the other day and it's quite cheap at around $20 or so. Ghost Squad should be fairly cheap to import, too.
