ive got just the adapter, no leads i coudl send you for a fiver inc delivery?
it just plugs into the standard AV socket on the 360 and has optical out etc

Some kind sole donated it to me a while back & then I found out I already had one in the box with the 360 so it's now surplus to requirements.
