Late to the party with this one. I'm not paying ?100+ for this off eBay, so anyone selling or know anywhere that has it in stock?

The UK 360 version was a HMV exclusive and alas they completely sold out, so pretty much 2nd hand/ebay will be only place to pick it up and if it's going for ?100+ chances will be slim of finding it at low price.
The US version is region free though so you may be able to pick that up.
VG+ have it for $79.99 canadian which is about ?50ish.
