PAL, it's for a Japanese saturn but there's an internal mod to do to make it compatible.

Nope, NTSC and PAL machines have a different voltage on a certain line, sorted by the above mentioned modification.

I will say I have a nice cable for sale, but I'd only want rid of it with my other Saturn stuff really. Got a spare model 1 pad, a white jp memory cart and a consolegoods modchip..
