Megadrive and NTSC N64 wants

i have an Asian machine (Mega drive 1) without any AV lead. so RGB lead required.also a spare 13v AC adapter for it as well, i'm sure the one i have is to weak and does not power it properly

also if anyone has a spare Switched 50/60 and language MD, i'm after one of those.
looking for a non working MD 1, or a cheap as chips one, as long as its in decent cosmetic condition.
