WTD Neo Geo CDZ, JXD S5800 & Bravely Default

Started to miss my Neo Geo CDZ, so has anyone got one they'd give up?

Looking for a JXD S5800 handheld if anyone has one for sale.

Also after a UK copy of Bravely Default on the 3DS

    Found:

    Dreamcast RGB Scart Cable

    Removed:
    PC Engine CD games
    PS3 LE
    HRAP2

I've read the Official one isn't actually wired correctly, which might be why your switch has an issue with it.

          That'd explain it, cheers.

I'd buy a new scart switch. Preferable to the hit in quality you'll get, using a 3rd party DC scart lead.

A properly shielded cable should yield just as good an image provided the resistance values match too. Not really sure which cable to recommend though - obviously many third party cables aren't properly shielded. The Official DC SCART lead has a ground fault IIRC. Maybe I can find the post Fudoh made on Shmups.

Well, this was the post I found the information in at least.

The DC's problem with 15khz RGB output is that many games are displayed in 480i. This includes genuine 240p titles as well as all the hi-res stuff. If you can live with that, a RGB scart cable delivers nice quality. On the DC it doesn't matter if you use an original or any other 3rd party RGB cables. Sega missed out on a few ground connections on their official cable, so I'd even recommend to go for a 3rd party cable instead.

VGA will give you 480p instead on almost all titles and using a VGA box and an Emotia scan converter would give you 240p from all VGA-enabled games.
