Apologies if you know this already, but the first three Phoenix Wright games are all in English as well as Japanese if you get the Japanese version. If that's not a problem, you can pick up new ones quite cheaply.

I think I might have a US copy of the first game at home, which I bought before I discovered that the Japanese ones could be set to English. I'll have a look when I have a minute.

Thanks for the info, I'd rather have the US versions for those games for consistencies sake. Do you know if the 3DS trilogy was in English as well or just the DS games?

The 3DS trilogy can also be set to English - I have it, and have done so.
