erm, I know nothing about the 360 apart from its inferior to the PS3 so does it come with all the charging guff and shiz? I just need to provide (lol) AA batteries? (what is this 2003?)

Yeah 2x AA batteries. I have a play and charge kit I'd give you but I'm pretty sure it's dead. They always die on me, stupid things.

I don't even know what a play and charge kit is, so I don't need that for the wireless pad to work, just the pad right? sorry for all the questions. If you can put one on hold I'll transfer you money tomorrow night when I get back from my folks. (if that's ok)

Yeah. The play and charge kit is just a rechargable battery, so it'd make the pad more like a PS3 pad to you. I find they're awful though. Regardless, yeah just two AA batteries and all will be fine. Tomorrow is fine too.
