Everything comes in a rigid cardboard case. The case isn't sealed and has some minor signs of shelf wear.

The game comes in a metal case with a bonus disc (both discs pristine) along with a Zombrex syringe pen.

NB. There is a small 'ding' on the bottom of the case which presumably happened when it was posted to me. It is minor but as it's there I'm mentioning it!
