Ok I bought this USA version of Deadly Premonition believing it to be region free, I popped it into my PAL 360 & found out that it isnt. So its brand new as I never even got to play it .

Resident Evil 5 360 (PAL) - Brand New with sticker sealed (honest I swear),
Silent Hill Homecoming 360 PAL - 1 or 2 tiny minor marks but plays perfect,
Manhunt 2 PS2 PAL - Brand New still Factory Sealed.
