Used a few times to play a translated Bare Knuckle 3 rom on my MD, then stored away. It comes in a Cart case, I've added a glossy label, it's boxed but there's no insert. It includes the Parallel port programmer (I've added rubber feet) and the necessary cables. Works best if your Parallel port is in EPP mode (in fact, says it won't work if it's set to ECP mode)

Please make sure your computer is suitable for this if you want it. Necessary software is on the linked page.
