As mentioned, this has two codes unused, one is for the extra items which you cannot get ingame any other way (like the double barreled shotgun and crimson armour), the other is for some extra sewer missions or something.
?28 inc delivery, if you have no need for the codes you could probably offload them on ebay for around a tenner from what I've seen.
