I have the following item for sale
1 x wii to HDMI upscaler
this thing plugs into the AV port of the wii and upscales the picture to either 720p or 1080p via HDMI this can be changed by pressing in a little pinhole on the side of the device, the sound can either go through the HDMI port or has a headphone socket so you could output to phono if you so wished.
it is boxed and i have used it for about 3 months
