I'd say good-very good. Couple of light vertical sticker marks on back near barcode.

On the plastic cover? Don't really care about that. Is the insert, manual and disc mint? I can always find another case for it

On the lenticular sleeve. the corner of the plastic case has a chip, but I have a spare case I think.
Just a couple of light scratches on the disc - no issues playing. Not sure I'd call it mint, but very decent condition.
