PAL SNES and N64 titles to NTSC

I'm trying to convert my Super NES and Nintendo 64 PAL libraries to NTSC (US preferred).
All games are Italian versions, boxed with manual unless otherwise noted. Few SNES games are foreign versions adapted to the Italian market, with box and manual in a language (like Spanish or French), a yellow sticker on front and a small black and white booklet in Italian as extra instructions (yeah, I know, a major turn-off). I've added an example photo. Most games are "proper" Italian releases with no stickers though.
