The D/L'd games are not linked to your account. They are linked to the console. They can be downloaded for free by anybody.

That's not true. I bought the wii from a member her and I deleted his user and all the games would not open and I had to re instate him to allow access, unless you know another way?

Currently has Lego city, Super metroid and SMW but I don't want to say it has them just incase...

Wii U sellers, you need to format the Wii U, sign in with your account, re-download the games, then sign out of your account. Then the games are there and the new buyer can play them but can't access your account.
