Wii U console, about a week old, pretty much 'as new' id say.
Zelda Design on the controller, however DOES NOT INCLUDE ZELDA HD, (It was a digital download code that i redeemed)

Q: Wait, didn't you post in the Wii U thread only a week ago about should you buy one? Now you are selling it already?
A: Yeah...I guess i'm a sour lonely prat who tries to find some kind of vain fulfillment in impulse buys, so I bought one, then realized I have no money for end of month credit debts, life.
(However If you are also a bitter lonely swine like myself, and are prone to making impulse purchases, then I heartily recommend this product from me.)

Is the game not saved on the HDD then?

It's account-locked.

This is what I did when I sold mine. I explained if they were to wipe the HDD it would be gone forever but you can:

1. Wipe the Wii U to default.
2. Add your account to the Wii, then redownload the game.
3. Add a second account to the Wii U.
4. Delete your old account.

Then the game should be available for them to play but if it gets deleted obviously they lose it but at least they get it for that time.
