You would need to buy a scart lead, but as a bonus I would include a boxed rapid fire unit and the Master System bookazine.
Note that the pads both have the centre inserts and the mini sticks are included, very rare as they get lost so easily!
I was actually the first person to remove the protective film on this system and pads when I found it.
