I have a soft modded PAL Wii for sale; it has Gecko and the home brew channel installed, plus some some Virtual Console content that can be wiped if you wish.
There is no Wii remote or nun chuck, and the top cover to the Gamecube ports is also missing.
However, It does come with a component lead and an rgb cable, both of which are the official Nintendo versions. I will throw in a white classic controller, Wii wheel and PAL disc only copies of Luigi's Mansion, Super Monkey Ball and Timespiitters 2 (disc only, but come in a Gamecube themed wallet).
I am looking ?30 including postage. now on hold
