It was a brand new never before used cloth that i got with the Sony Camcorder that i'd just bought.

When i get my new PSP the first thing i'll be doing when i get it out of the box will be putting one of those screen protectors on.

I'm just hoping that, by the time mine scuffs up a bit, they'll have released a better version with improved shoulder buttons and a comfy d-pad. Then I'll sell my current PSP and buy that version...

Screenguards are really difficult to put on the screen.
When I triend to put them on my ds screens there always was some dust/filth in between and I gave up after a few tries

I think microfibre clothes are best for cleaning.

Tell me about it. I've already wasted a packet of DS and a packet of PSP protectors. ft: There must be a easy method of doing it though as loads of people are reporting almost perfect results. I'll buy myself a few packets so i can have a couple of practice attempts first.

The ones on my DS were like air bubble city!! I kept the touch screen one on though seen as though i'm rubbing the hell out of it. Took the top screen filter off coz it was crap, they were Hori ones as well!!

I'll just have to try and take extra special care of my PSP

Okay 2 rather annoying questions that have probably been answered already...

First off, what brand of screen protectors are you guys using? I've just messed up install of a screen protector, I'm gonna have to order a new one =/ My DS screen protector has a textures surface, is it worth getting those instead?

Also, I notice people here (*points at Yoshmoto's post*) refer to them as 'pack of screen protectors'... note the 's', implying they got a few in their pack. I just got the one... can you actually buy them in packs then incase I screw up?

Thanks for the tip Neil. I'll be trying your method as soon as i possibly can.

Shakey_Jake - Sorry thats just my bad grammer i'm afraid. With the DS ones you do get 2 protectors (one for each screen) but you do get just one at time for the PSP.

I'd also be interested on what the best one to get is, as well as the cheapest place to get them.

Can't be bothered paying over ?5 for something that clearly costs 5p to manufacture

Has anyone tried play a full film off the memory stick. Did it drain much battery?

What size can you compress a film to so it still looks acceptable on the PSP screen?

I got the Be Art screenies today - good cloth that came with it to wipe down the screen (had loads of fingerprints - nephew - to wipe off), then it went on no problem - great stuff.

I've noticed that the Be Art packet says 'protectors' and Geoff above mentions screenies, do you get more than one in the pack?

Also, does it impact the image quality in any way - do you notice a difference?
