That's a shame about the Over the Rainbow tune. That's probably one of the catchiest game tunes ever written. What was the music like for the Saturn/PSX versions? It's not the same as the tune from the MD port, is it?

unlocked a further 3 games with only 1 more locked (cameltry)

i'm not so sure its a time thing either as i managed to unlock 2 games in the space of 7 minutes on the games timer

the 2nd game that becomes unlocked is metal black - nice little shooter.
the 3rd is a kind of shoot em up but you are a character that runs up and down the screen and its called kikikaikai

and the 4th is bubble bobble - lovely conversion

still enjoying it - rastan saga is still as fecking hard as i remember

Read that pressing down all 4 shoulder buttons with select and start on the title screen unlocks the hidden games, not had a chance to test it yet tho' - so apologies in advance if it doesn't work!

                              Slightly offtopic.

But I always wondered if anyone else thought that the last boss of growl/runark was umm completely and utterly out of place in a rather hilarious way.

                                1. Bubble Bobble
                                2. Colony 7
                                3. Electric YoYo
                                4. Elevator Action
                                5. Exzisus

                                9. New Zealand Story
                                10. Operation Thunderbolt
                                11. Operation Wolf
                                12. Phoenix
                                13. Plotting
                                14. Plump Pop
                                15. Rainbow Islands
                                16. Rastan

                                18. Space Gun
                                19. Space Invaders
                                20. Space Invaders Part II
                                21. Super Qix
                                22. Tokio
                                23. Tube It
                                24. Volfied
                                25. Zoo Keeper

Ok, so a few titles are missing, but this is still looking like one of the greatest retro collections since the original Midway Arcade Treasures outing
