Hmmm... How come no ones has made a 1st play of this game yet?
I have to admit I was getting a little bored of Taiko no Tatsujin the other other rhythm PSP game available so this made a refreshing change.
Anyway, it's like this. Imagine a Korean version of Beatmania.
Presentation is very much bright pump it up style. The interface and backgrounds seems so polished and everything is all in English!
There's a simple easy mode where you use 4 buttons and a normal mode where you use 6 buttons which is funny enough more harder and more complicated. Also, your shoulder buttons can speed up the notes that come down up to a maximum 5x speed or slow it down to 0.5x speed.
I've not counted how many tracks there are but they are varied and there some good drum and bass ones in there too...
Those familiar with rhythm games will be at ease with this.
My own slight niggle is this. The action on what's on the screen is not high enough. I suppose this couldn't really be helped on the PSP widescreen.
All in all, I'm enjoying this and I envy the people getting the Djmax Portable limited edtion!
