I enjoyed this game on xbox but this 360 version is awfull................just ****ing awfull.

The aiming is still totally screwed though, making it nigh on impossible to make accurate, slight adjustments. I wanted to like this, i really did, but the aiming (let alone the Artificial 'intelligence') just totally ruins it for me.

Again I ask the question, whats screwed up in the aiming department and is it the same online?

If it is indeed broken then I wont touch this game unless they patch it. I dont give a **** about singleplayer but I loved creating multiplayer maps for the xbox version and as the Asian version is region free this is basically a 1/2 price upgrade at the end of the day.

i haven't found anything wrong with the aiming and i have played both versions.

i don't know what people are going on about

the auto aim does bias towards chest shots but head shots are really easy to do

The analog is buggered up. You move the stick, it jerks from moving slow to moving fast - nothing in between. Instead you find yourself strafing (On the left stick the analog is fine) to line up shots. Trying to use the right stick results in a seizure like flurry.

In furtherance to my last post, for some perverse reason I'm still slogging through this (mainly Evolution, because it's easier with the buggered controls).

I think it's mainly because I enjoy looking at the water.

I bought Evolution last week as i already played the original some time ago and thought it was wiser money wise just to pick up evolution although i wouldn't of minded to see it on the 360 with nicer visuals.

Anyway, i enjoyed the first game, but i think evolution has better level designs, it is far too easy to say they are similar because they look so, but i think they have differences, there seems to be more scale to evolution.

The one thing i am not liking with Evolution is the difficulty, on the later levels out of no where 8-10 enemies can turn up on the screen and as stealthy as you can make yourself, you can get easily killed, can be frustrating, my point is that i think the first one was more fairly balanced, although either game haven't got it quite right.

Overall i like it, but it isn't a game i would say go out a buy it!

Is it me, or is this game damned hard? Only 30 mins in, have had to redo the same checkpoint about 5 times now, they are spotting me from miles off. Finding the crouch/stand/prone thing awkward, the sign tells me im standing when Im clearly crouched, have to press jump to be able to run again. Also finding the aiming to be a real bitch.

Yes it's a very difficult game, same as the original PC game. Did anyone really complete that final level without using the god mode?

I did, but it was a quick save marathon the likes of which I hadn't seen since Doom. That and a lot of swearing.

I think there was like a cheap trick you could use to jam the door thats meant to shut you in the last area so you can leg it back out for more guns and stuff.

like sticking a chair in the way or something.
