Maybe try playing with the games stylus sensitivity settings?

I get a bit dizzy after playing as well, just focus on something far away after playing and you'll be fine.

Just stop playing Animal Crossing for a while. It's not as if anything bad will happen, just a few weeds and dead flowers.

Yeah I'm suffering from this too. Metroid is just too addictive.

My problem is that my girlfriend will kill me if I let some of her fav characters leave our town! So I have to make sure I play at least once a day just so I can convince (re, bribe!) any that are thinking of scarpering to kindly stay!

Wish the US Lite release date would be announced soon and in black. Then she can have my current DS.

metroid must look pretty slick on the lite. I can't wait much longer for the black one either..

I finally finished this game (not 100% scans though) and i have to say that the last few cut scenes are amazing. I keep watching them over and over again

Still plugging away at this slowly at the moment, and I am really enjoying it. The single player game is superb - a lovely mixture of adventure, exploration and shooting which I am about 3/4 of the way through.

The multi-player, though superbly implemented, depends very much on your oponent as to whether it is enjoyable. I have had many superb online battles, yet just as many tedious bouts where some little nob-cheese gets an early kill and hides for the remaining time. To be fair, I have had this problem with nearly all online shooters, and is the reason I tend to stick to matches against people I know will play sportingly.

I'm enjoying this (Meteroid that is, the game of the thread title) and its always nice to see love poured into a game.

However i find the d-pad / stylus control a hand-cramp inducing. It's not bad when exploring, but rears its head when fighting bosses and you have to move and shoot alot, while trying to not let the DS Lite slip from your grasp, and it all adds up to some hand and wrist strains. Not sure if others are getting this, as i already have mild RSI issues, but would make me think carefully about any "action" DS games before purchase.

^ Yea I had this problem with my Lite - I found sticking a gba cart in the the front slot helps as it sticks out a bit and my fingers rest under the ridge of the cart.

No but I get the worst cross-eyes ever. I used to get it playing Advance Wars DS too, funnily enough. I think it's because I'm staring so hard to make out the enemies in the distance. I can't play for more than 45 mins without taking a break to squidge my eyes back into place

Got this today - Loving it to pieces.

Only been playing it online once i've unlocked all the hunters - Samus still seems to be the weapon of choice online though. Though Weavel is pretty handy aswell.

Single player is decent. Not as bad as i was expecting

Online is great when playing with friends. When you use the fine game feature, can you change which game mode you want to play? Or is it just for Rivals and Friends where you can do it?

Nintendo needs to improve their online a bit more, but their progress is great
