I forgot to say I finished this too a couple of weeks back.

I was seriously dreading the last fights after some of your comments here, but they were a piece of piss!

Its a shame there weren't some acheivements revolving around the golems as I spent a good couple of hours going through the beast shrine only to get a golem I never used during the last 10 minutes of the game.

how long did it take people from going through the ice gate? i'm all finished up at gravekeep holm and have just done some casino shenanigans to boost up atsuma

Wow. Do I really need to pump Atsuma up to 7000 HP to have any chance of winning this? Currently on lvl 43 about 2500 HP.

What is the lowest anyone has manage to squash that witch with?

the xbox.com forumites are saying you can do it with about that much but i gave up as i was on about the same health. i just couldn't do it

I won 50,000 on the casino to pump atsuma up to 3500 and I still can't do it. I don't want to give up on this game, I think the ending will be good!

i lost interest in doing the casino. i just got annoyed that the game had let me get to the boss without any indication that i wasn't strong enough.

but then again the only JRPG i have played for more than an hour was this one (crazy i know) and this may be standard practice within the hardcore circles of level grinding punishment and i am not man enough to brave fierce winds of hard work.

The casino seems borked but its the only way I'm gonna do this because all the extra temples would take ages.

Late to the party, but I've been playing this and quite enjoying it. The script is funny (shame the original Makoto didn't last long) and the dub is okay (except for Yuki's voice) and the battle system is great fun. Plus you can save anywhere, which means you can just play the game just for ten minutes if you want to. A feature all RPGs should have. And the way your HP and ailmenst go back to nromal after each battle (but with a loss of VP) is great. No more spamming cure spells after every battle.

I'm just about to face the Ice Queen, but might go back to some of the temples to level up a bit.

As someone who got very bored with JRPGs, I'm surprised I liked this as much as I did. There's a lot wrong with it on paper (incredibly linear, virtually no subquests, simple 'find key to progress' puzzles) but the mechanics just work very well.

I'm just over half way through this after picking it up cheap and I'm enjoying it very much. As the dude above says their is faults, but it is still an enjoyable game.

Just finished this recently on pal after getting over half way through asian one and losing my asian 360. Really enjoyed it. Nice visuals, superb characters that just seem to gel and an enjoyable story. Can you get OST or figures etc anywhere?
