Stick with it mate. I felt the same at first, but it really does get a lot better after the first stage. The bosses will blow you away! I finished it yesterday and am now playing through hard and I'm still upgrading all my weapons. Some of the spells you get later in the game are awesome and mixed in with all the gun play, you can really make this game look sick!

Do you have any vids of this ? (just so i and the people here can see what is capable in the game)

Just finished the first level
Based on the first couple of minutes, I thought it would end up in the trading folder by this afternoon, that's how piss poor my first impressions were. However, by the middle of the level I was enjoying it a bit more and the end was fun if a little difficult.

A few negatives:
-Controls like a turd at first, but you quickly get used to the controls, however the aiming is still not ideal.
-Plenty of random slowdown, sometimes I don't get slowdown in the middle of battles with several enemies, yet sometimes when walking along on my own I get it
-A lot of pop up
-Shadows magically appearing as you approach objects

The game really lacks graphical finesse in a big way, it's passable, however seeing what other devs have gotten out of the 360 it's hard not to be very disappointed.

I'll reserve judgement on the gameplay until I've played a few more levels but at the moment it's looking like it could go either way

I have been playing this game it seems quite a shallow though which is a shame.Even gun grave had a hook (the combo meter and mega attacks) this just seems to be shoot and dodge with the odd magic spell (close combat seems pretty useless)

The shooting does not seem that satisfying with enemies dying the same way.The bullets just do not feel they make impact.

however there are some good points the graphics are pretty good i think and also when you use some spells and they send cars flying that is fun
