Almost done here. I'm still yet to take a hit too other than in a few boss fights. Just finishing up all the sidequests before I take on the final boss.
    Kept you waiting, huh?

Yeah combat is very easy. I don't really mind as combat has never really been a strength of the Zelda games for me, except for interesting boss battles. And while Zelda boss battles seem to be getting easier and easier, I'm still finding them interesting and enjoyable.

This is becoming a major gripe for me now. I've done the thing multiple times now because I've been running out of time/dying, figuring out what to do - Its really starting to taint the game for me...

i'm getting really irked with this repetition too, the rest of the game is amazing but this feels like a major design flaw, it would be great to go through it once as its a nice dungeon, just tedious to repeat it loads.

You don't have to repeat any of it. Each time you enter you can warp directly to the last floor you were on. Stand on the special floors as much as possible if you are waiting for a phantom to pass etc. Your time will not count down. Also take advantage of the ghosts that drop 30 seconds and the yellow pots. You can gather about 3 extra minutes from salvage treasure chests too. You can also get yourself two potions incase you run out of time, which you can drink just before you die (auto if purple).

How? I've only had one checkpoint so far and it was a good few floors down.

The first one will take you to floor 6. Then you get another at floor 10 where you have to draw symbols on the red door or by placing the 3 crystals in a certain order to activate the floor shift. It only goes to floor 13. Once you have the

                Phantom Sword

you can just blaze through the whole thing in about 5 minutes anyway.

Oh okay. I must have misunderstood what you meant there.

Am I right or are there no heart sections to find? If I'm wrong, I've been rubbish at finding them.

None to find. You get one from each boss. You can buy one from Beagle, and the store on Mercay Island. The others are found in the side quests.

That's what I thought. Bit of a shame. Hunting for heart pieces was always fun. But then the limited surface area of the waterworld thing makes that tricky I guess.

The search for stuff is based upon the spirit gems. Finding all 60 of them can be quite tricky. TBH you only really need the 20 red ones anyway.

Got a question, I'm sure I've solved the riddle correctly and nothing is happening...

Just finished the Wind Temple, and went to one of the islands marked in the map. Here the statue tells you to hit his comrades in the right order based on the riddle he speaks. Rudder, spray, paddles, sees a way. I'm 99% sure I've hit them in the right order and yet nothing happens... any thoughts?

Just finished this, Loved the game with the only small gripe being the Ocean King temple but even this wasn't too bad.

Stylus control worked perfectly and I can't find fault with it in any way

A little on the short and easy side but it is still probably the best DS game out there.

looking forward to seeing what they do next

I have to wonder, while the touch screen controls work superbly, do they really add something to the game? Most of the time I find myself think I could've done this just as easy or easier with normal controls.

Anyway, superb game, I'm loving every minute of it. I also loved WW so I'm glad to see they didn't dump that style after everyone pissed over it after release .
