I can't put galaxy down i do a few stars switch off so it lasts longer

The fact that the stars are so quick to get make it feel like you can have a really worthwhile play session in a really short time. It would be a perfect handheld game structure actually. No time is wasted. Reminds me a bit of the quick levels in SMB3.

Anyone know if there's a way of killing those laser-shooting metal guys on the toy levels? My springy Mario keeps getting hit.

I miss the exploration aspect of the castle so the hub is a let down for me. The keys in M64 bring back great memories of what's behind that door....

You can't kill 'em, but if you shoot them with star bits, they can't fire laser.

Done upto 3rd boss, Man this game is amazing.

Agreed, was brilliance. As much as i like pushing forward, I've already re-played a few levels, they were just that good that i wanted them again.

The lser guys can't be killed, they're here just to make you go crazy (don't know how many times they've hit me and/or made me jump out of a platform to avoid their lasers). The metal goombas can be killed by spinning them and jumping on them, don't think the Z stomp will work.

Yeah, that's what I thought. They are frustrating but elkatas' trick works well.

I've seen and done pretty much everything there is to do on this... Every area, almost every last secret star...

And yet, even now, i'm finding myself pulled towards its wonder, still enlightened by its magic. Aside the total relaxation Endless Ocean provides, i can't pull myself away to play anything else. I'm loving just re-playing the levels, re-beating the bosses and enjoying the experience.

There is an adnormal amount of love for this game being shared, and rightly so... It's wonderful

Sorry mate, thought u meant the little metal bowser type guys.. wow didnt know that if you shot star bits they slow down.. i sometimes forget all about the star bits sometimes Gonna have a session now actually. I can hear the title screen music as i type!

Another satisfied customer here, finally got the chance to play it over the wkend and it really is just a wonderful piece of software!

As said many times previously it just puts a smile on yr face whilst playing, only 10 stars in I think but looking fwd to finding every last one...

now), but I've seen the credits. It's amazing. Is there anyone in the world that dislikes this game? I can't remember such a universally loved game before, with no-one having a bad word to say about it. (well, camera aside)

I've managed to get a star I thought I'd never get too.

The rock boss on the ghost levels with one piece of health.

It's really testament to the quality of the game that I was willing to try this over and over to get it done even though it was unnecessary and I could easily have just gone to a different level. I can't remember any point where having to redo something over and over felt frustrating, it's just a pleasure the whole way through.

Excellently, I've been playing the levels in order as much as possible, so I've still got a bunch of galaxies that I've not even opened yet - there's still plenty more surprises awaiting me!
