ha ha, cost me about 25 lives to work it out but its basically made up of loads of triangles that you can run round and snake your way round the whole thing.

i hadn't even thought of wearing the bee suit !

Me either! I think I'd have probably considered that cheating though and had to do it again as normal Mario to save my conscience! It took me about ten attempts trying three different routes, but when I worked out the best route it was actually so bloody simple I can't believe I didn't get it first go!

was a big surprise to me. I'm at 80-something stars too. The only main area I haven't seemed to unlock yet is the

trial gamaxy that the two green star dudes talk about.

Still missing one of those.

Some of the more hidden stars are getting really challenging now, particularly the one in the

fire/ice

galaxy. Getting such an achievement buzz getting through them.

Haven't had as much time to play this as I'd hoped and consequently have only collected 15 stars but even at such an early stage the amount of variation and imagination on display is a genuine delight and the game's clearly the true spiritual successor to Mario 64.

Somewhat surprised that I'm already finding it quite difficult and lost many a life trying to get to the end of Sweet Sweet galaxy (least I think that's what it's called) which doesn't bode well for my chances of getting on with the later levels.

wouldn't be too discouraged, I didn't find it as easy as some indicated but have never got truly stuck (and I'm up around the 75 star mark) going thru the game.

I'm stuck on the bit where you have to destroy all the trash piles in 30 seconds at the moment... I had one left to destroy and the toimer ran out just as my bomb was about to explode... I screamed out in agony...

Oh I had to do that over and over and over! So much pressure on getting the initial bombs thrown ASAP that I messed it up time and again and blew up one thing when I meant it to get four, over and over...

Have I mentioned how I couldn't possibly be more in love with this game? It just get's better and better. I love it.

one kicked my ass yesterday and I haven't had the nerve to face it again. I think I tried it around 15 times and had got to a stage where I was getting worse each time.

One thing that annoys me is those letters the game sends to your Wii account. Everytime I switch off the console it starts flashing blue.

Other than that, I really can't rate it enough. Each level is as spectacularly absorbing as the last!

Do the two on the left first, then move over to the right and do those two.
Now there is only time left for one to explode but you need two bombs so throw the two middle ones inside the two yellow coin markers so the splash damage blows up both of them within the time limit.
