It just takes you back to that Mario world/ mario 64 feeling all over again, and I don't think there is much more to say than that.
It's just simply.....perfect!!!You've got my hopes up now.
It's going to be a major let-down if I don't like it.

Just finished Super Paper Mario least night.
Probably the worst Mario game I've played through.
Just so bloody boring. No incentive to use items as you could hardly store anyway. Toooo long winded script. The only decent battles were the dragon and Dottie the Spider near the end - the rest were pap.
And all of the trekking - 25 levels of Samurai - WTF! 80 levels of cloud formations - yawn!
And 1000-Year door was so good.
3/10 for me.
What has this got to do with Galaxy? Well my expectations of future Mario games is at its lowest ebb, therefore my brain will probably explode on Friday

The Wii outputs at 640x480, which on an HDTV, particularly a 1080i/1080p set, is absolutely microscopic. Not even the world's best upscaler will be able to clean it up, but generally speaking plasma has a softer look which is more forgiving on a poor quality source.

Neko - your post makes it sound like anyone with a HD set will not get a good picture when playing on a Wii.
Scalers on branded TVs will do the job just fine and the picture will look stunning I'm sure. People with more expensive TVs will get a better picture for sure, but it will only look like crap-o-vision on the very cheapest sets.

I have a decent 37" LCD HDTV and all things considered I personaly think that the wii looks fantastic on it through just plane RGB, deffinitley better than the 360 and PS3 do when you try them through RGB by a long way. So I dont really get why anyone would say Wii's dont look good on HDTV'sLast edited by rmoxon; 14-11-2007, 21:34.

I have 21 stars now, it is very cool, but somewhat overwhelming, the game doesnt let up at all, it doesnt give you a chance to breathe, you never know what is coming next.
The blue coin Sunshine equivilent is better, so I can see myself playing this game to the very very end.
The fact I know there is an incentive to get all 120 stars is good too as I know that I will be able to go back to all those early stars again. At the moment I dont want to, the game just makes you want to get further and further to see what lies in store for you next.

Stuff it Im opening mine today christmas is too far away to wait!
Ive got a 46" LCD (Sony X model) and most of the games look great on Wii, Res Evil 4 is abit blurry but thats down to the game (I run via component) rest of stuff including Red Steel Ive never had any problems with and Im used to playing PS3/360 at 1080p on stuff but Wii dont give me a shock when I go on that after COD4 for example as Metroiod Prime 3 looked fantastic on first play night before last
