Yesterday morning I went to the post office and picked up my replacement pedal. Really impressed with the service - I broke my old pedal late Monday evening and requested a new one straight away, and I could have had it Wednesday if I'd been in when they tried to deliver. So I was very pleased with that.
I went home, gave RttH another few goes and got 85%. Then I tried WGFA again, and did it. Went back to RttH even more determined, and somehow clawed my way through! Expert career completed! So just a couple of DLC songs I've downloaded to do, then I'll have to get some more to tide me over until RB2 comes out. All in all, yesterday was a pretty good day for Rock Band progress.Last edited by Bev; 12-09-2008, 13:52.

Need some help with this game.
Have had all the guitar hero game and could five star most songs on medium. Just cant seem to get the hang of the rock band guitar.
Am ok on slow songs but any thing with a long line of notes (like the hand that feeds) I strum away in time but always miss a note in the middle. Dont know if its me or the very lose soft strum bar.
Any tips ??

Guitar hero series especially 3 has extremely loose timing so you can be way off. Rock band you near enough have to get the timing spot on or you fail the note. Id start out getting used to that and then check the calibration. Calibration for me was off as it set it up to LCD but as I use a seperate reciever (onkyo 605) i didnt need any adjustment so had to alter it back to 0 after a days play.
